Thelma Shoneman - Invitational Design (on the main Garden floor) Her interpretation of the Flower Show title, "With Flying Colors" was a hanging design using colorful vine spheres filled with Anthurium and orchids. The signage nearby announced the flower show and directed visitors to the Design Divisions in the ballroom. | ![]() |

Thelma Shoneman - Class I - 'Green Thumb' - First Place and a Tricolor Award for the all fresh plant material section The schedule called for a Pot-et-Fleur, a creative design of all fresh plant material in which plants are dominant but cut plant material and flowers or flowering plants must be used. I used 3 Dracaena plants. Cut plant material included green Anthurium and Equisetum which I wired to create the angled line. | ![]() |
