The property, originally dairy farmland is fourteen acres of diverse garden sites demonstrating gardening in varying habitats. A drought-tolerant roadside garden, cottage and rose garden, woodland wildflower and wetland gardens, rock garden, and orchard have been developed over 35 years of garden experimentation with many unusual plant varieties.
